Many years ago I did a hypnosis training at a commune in India.
Infact it was called the Osho De-Hypnosis Training. It was very fun and playful and the teachers guided us into learning to do clear and conscious inductions and hypnotic journeys for people and ourselves in supporting our journeys in waking up from this dream or play of life.
Most of the following journeys were created spontaneously at my home in order to support friends to experience a certain depth of play and remembrance.
Perhaps we will produce more in the near future as they are actually quite unique and delicious journeys through and beyond our minds.... connecting the heart and many expanded energies of silence and being. Please do enjoy and download if you feel from the bandcamp page dedicated to these works.
