Having a band, singing and writing music has been a very intimate and creative process for me over the last decade or so.
I would never have guessed that I would ever write music and sing... and I certainly would never have guessed that I would be performing hundreds of live shows internationally. The experience of this creative process with friends and family has just been life changing and amazing in every way. Just unfathomable.
I was never considered a particularly creative person or artist in my youth. And when I approached this journey of spirituality and meditation and self inquiry, I had no interest in anything other than understanding the basics of who we are as a soul, as a being, as true nature.
And here I am all these years later, having opened up this new doorway to creativity and self-expression that I just never knew could exist or move through us.
